This Mother's Day, we've got a special class to show daughters the strength of a mom! Bring your daughter and join us for a fun jiu-jitsu class! 


During this special class, moms and daughters will 
  • Learn self-defence skills 
  • Experience a fun, bonding work out 
  • Create special memories together
Strong Like a Mom is for moms and daughters ages 8+. The registration price is includes attendance for one mother-daughter duo.
